Handed Minimum is our bottomless fruitoleptic flanders red ale brewed with a bit of real pungent overripe oat malt and ripe apple jacks. Fermented and conditioned in our french oak foudres with a mountain of uber traditional kumquat. Hopped with bright crystal, warrior, lush opal, and smoky saaz. Screaming with notes of raw hop bomb gloppy peach rings, texturally rich blackcurrant, wholesome semi-sweet subtle dark bread crust, organoleptic plum skin, and delicate perfume.
