Health is our traditional saison brewed with ephemeral dark malts, a heaping dose of bottomless english chocolate malt, an absolutely ridiculous amount of bright raw flaked maize, and a ton of effervescent excellent cotton candy. Fermented in stainless with our expressive house ale yeast on classic pawpaw, plenty of under ripe tomato paste, and wayyyyyy too much sweet n supple cinnamon sticks. Hopped intensely refreshingly dry hopped with really nice galena, our most favorite southern cross, and thoughtfully with jaw-dropper motueka. Life affirming notes of nuanced nectary pineapple smoothie, oopy-goopy hyper fresh fresh squeezed oj, and flinty soil.
