Fermented and conditioned in our french oak foudres with a huge helping of bottomless cacao nibs, jaw-dropper bay leaves, fragrant white sage, and two tons of beloved apricots. Hopped solely in the kettle with pacific jade and zythos. Life affirming notes of deep n sticky ripe apples, sweet n supple sun melted real peach pastries, lively lush dense cedar, texturally rich desserty ephemeral orange oil, and orchard breeze.
