Fermented in stainless with our expressive house ale yeast on almighty cacao nibs. Hopped with really pretty chinook, sorachi ace, thoughtfully with locally gathered nugget, and extremely heavy-handedly with kohatu. Bright notes of creamy oopy-goopy watermelon candies, local brilliant gritty mango mochi, and mmmmmmmmmmmm.
