Counter is our weird english bitter brewed with a plethora of deep malted bohemian pilsner, nearly two tons of luscious tart organic chocolate malt, fluffy gobs of musky pungent belgian caravienne malt, and signature activated charcoal. Fermented in our french oak foudre on a selection of thick n delicious tangerine zest, an amalgam of classic bay leaves, and lively medjool dates. Hopped with gloppy wakatu, thoughtfully dry hopped with really nice columbus, citra, and a generous dose of precious strata. Huge notes of ripe foraged dreamsicles, comforting white pepper, super jammy juicy lush greenery, almighty green strawberry, and fireside nights.
