Informed People is our normal oatmeal stout brewed with a generous dose of brilliant freaky raw wheat, fresh pressed carastan malt, and double the amount of creamy organoleptic bay leaves. Barrel conditioned for 6 months on desserty cane syrup, smoky spicebush, sticky espresso beans, and oopy-goopy green tea. Hopped with citra and bright waimea. Huge notes of local light toffee, lush drippy almighty earl grey tea, fragrant precious canned pineapple, fluffy exceedingly aromatic jaw-dropper tropical fruit, and autumnal merriment.
