Biological Timber is our quencher red lager brewed with dank deep n sticky smoked malt and an absolutely ridiculous amount of musky lush madagascar vanilla beans. Fermented with our house microflora on a selection of organoleptic mineral water. Hopped and intensely dry hopped with refreshing wakatu, mosaic, rakau, and tart chelan. Luscious layers of sweet fragrant zippy bright pink grapefruit, texturally rich sun melted blueberry parfait, complex jellied strawberry, and distant campfire.
