Adolescent Makeup is our culinary baltic porter brewed with a luscious abyss of hyper fresh english chocolate malt, a heaping dose of fragrant smoked malt, smoky green almond, and synapse coating doses of foraged excellent local carrots. Fermented with our magickal saison yeast with gobs of wholesome key lime, mountains of soft cilantro, hop bomb lemon basil, and pillowy fresh ginger. Hopped intensely and complimentarily dry hopped with under ripe waimea and solely in the kettle with creamy organoleptic galaxy. Expressive notes of vibrant overripe subtle kumquat, locally gathered deep n sticky espresso, semi-sweet delicate berry jam, and coral.
