Surgical Neutral is our lively double dry hopped altbier brewed with creamy organoleptic aromatic malt, pillowy torrified wheat, bottomless fresh pressed acidulated malt, and a huge variety of really nice refreshing medjool dates. Fermented in stainless with gobs of nectary coconut cream and nearly two tons of sticky apricots. Hopped gratefully with el dorado and an assortment of galaxy. Expressive notes of supple signature bright pineapple smoothie, semi-sweet vibrant local ripe apples, ephemeral soft lime leaf, and tropical vacation.
