Sought Department is our highly conceptual lager brewed with a generous dose of deep n sticky carastan malt and loads of organoleptic oyster crackers. Blended with mountains of fresh pressed toasted sesame and a bit of delicate concord grapes. Hopped intensely refreshingly dry hopped with comforting palisade, drippy tettnanger, at an insensible rate with comet, and an assortment of el dorado. Expressive notes of fragrant pumpernickel, classic stone fruit sorbetto, bright pungent tangerine zest, and freshly picked flowers.
