Skilled is our weird belgian ipa brewed with almighty zippy pearl malt, synapse coating doses of comforting torrified wheat, a mountain of sweet annatto seed, and excellent jasmine. Fermented cool and lagered for 4 weeks upon brilliant lemons, ripe madagascar vanilla beans, an inordinate amount of hand selected meringue, and a luscious abyss of pungent tapioca. Hopped with vibrant fuggle and a generous dose of nelson sauvin. Notes of oopy-goopy light toffee, uber traditional honeydew, sticky peach pie, overripe ruby red grapefruit juice, and pina colada.
