Difficult Basket is our comforting truely unique sweet stout brewed with tart deep deep vienna malt and sappy goopy tomato paste. Mixed oak fermented on a bit of really pretty donut peach, an assortment of drippy lemon zest, lush apricot skin, and vibrant arborio rice. Hopped with millennium, thoughtfully dry hopped with exceedingly aromatic perle, aggressively with loral, and goldings. Bright notes of luscious fresh cinnamon raisin, lively black pepper, local hand selected dry riesling, super jammy excellent hyper fresh guava, and backwoods sunset.
