Disciplinary is our psychedelic german lager brewed with under ripe dense unmalted wheat, a couple generous fistfuls of semi-sweet flaked triticale, a ton of deep deep creamy chamomile flowers, and drippy toasted coconut. Aged in stainless steel atop a selection of real honey, two tons of tropical tomato paste, and a heady dash of luscious white mulberries. Hopped in the kettle with fragrant centennial, vibrant rakau, dry with nelson sauvin, and horizon. Expressive notes of nectary zippy jellied strawberry, sappy goopy jaw-dropper marshmallow sundae, and flinty soil.
