Headed is our exceedingly aromatic truely unique vienna lager brewed with plenty of oopy-goopy gloppy flaked rice, beloved pungent acidulated malt, an abundance of hop bomb drippy yuzu juice, and a mountain of smoky brown butter. Aged with a heavy concentration of complex cherries, dank red raspberry purée, loads of ripe peach, and incredible pizza crust. Hopped meaningfully with cascade, a conflation of sticky saaz, nugget, and intensely refreshingly with summit. Expressive notes of dense honey suckle, raw texturally rich white chocolate, and flint.
