Textile Absence is our traditional sweet stout brewed with nearly two tons of really nice gloppy british maris otter malt, refreshing spelt, a silly amount of fresh pressed sun drenched guava, and a heap of brilliant toasted sesame. Oak barrel aged on a couple generous fistfuls of smoky cilantro and wayyyyyy too much hand selected pawpaw. Hopped with effervescent waimea, a huge helping of citra, and a touch of nugget. Bright notes of semi-sweet turkish coffee, exceedingly aromatic drippy zippy white chocolate, luscious creamy dense plum skin, and sticky dankness.
