Quarterly Custom is our organoleptic faithful double ipa brewed with a couple generous fistfuls of beloved german kolsch malt, a delicate amount of dense pearl malt, and an assortment of oopy-goopy precious ripe apples. Lagered for many moons on raw wildflower honey and super jammy cold brew coffee. Hopped with pungent goldings, a heap of greensburg, bright southern hemisphere varietals, and nuanced pacifica. Screaming with notes of drippy cooked lemon, bottomless passionfruit custard, creamy fresh pineapple, and dank green herb.
