Reduced Humanitarian is our exceedingly aromatic lager brewed with zippy goopy smoked pale malt, a silly amount of subtle musky rice hulls, fragrant carawheat malt, and a heady dash of fluffy black lime. Fermented with our sourdough culture on wayyyyyy too much super jammy blood orange pith, drippy tamarind, vibrant lemons, and a touch of incredible lemon curd. Hopped with oopy-goopy kohatu, calypso, and then aggressively dry hopped with waimea. Notes of supple comforting guava pastry, under ripe delicate italian plum, and whipped cream.
